INSTYLE SOFA SDN. BHD. under the development and leadership of Mr. Chew Weh Lit (Managing Director) and Mr. Ong Kian Meng (General Manager) after many years, the company now consists of 30 management staffs, 12 store keepers, 8 production department heads, 20 skilled workers, 80 semi-skilled workers, 80 skilled sewer and 120 general workers, total of 500 workers. The factory occupied 6,000m2 of production built up area; 3,000m2 built up area of finished goods storage and 5,000m2 built up area of container loading park. The average production capacity per month can achieve 90 containers. The company provides factory and hostel fittings, safety equipment and facilities to workers.

MR. CHEW WEH LIT is a dynamic businessman. He is also the director of various private companies. He has more than 40 years of experience in upholstery industry and expertise in fabric and leather products selection. He is the keyman of the company and he planned for the company organisation. He always upgrades and improves himself by attending international furniture fair or major exhibition in the world in order to coupe with the market trend and design of furniture industry. He always visiting customers, discussing about marketing plan & strategy and study customers' requirement. Mr. Chew is very creative and innovative in modification and creation of a product. He leads the company towards woldwide business and stands firm in the field of upholstered furniture. In addition, Mr. Chew is also a well known man in town as he is actively involves in social activities in the states.
Mr. Ong Kian Meng is a skillful and sharp man. He has 30 years well experience in upholstered furniture & wooden furniture. He has been Mr. Chew's business partner since 1985 before they decided to expand their business and venturing in Instyle Sofa Sdn. Bhd.. He responsible for the supervision of the factory production and development of new product. He has been study in production flow planning as he assists to coordinate and monitor all the production runs at all times to ensure high productivity of the production is achieved and can be completed whithin the target time to meet the stipulated delivery commitment. Besides, he leads the R&D department for new sample development and consult idea of sample creation. They look for a number of unique elements to our winning formula; simple, high quality design, world class standard, global sourcing of components, funiture kits that customers easily assembling. Moreover, he is knowledgeable in functioning many kinds of furniture machineries.
